Panama Ombudsman, Eduardo Leblanc, will present to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Security, reports of the demonstrations and especially of the events and situations during the march of this 26 February, where a person with a disability was affected.
