Moscoso, when asked about Mulino and his support, reiterated that her group had a candidate, but you cannot tell a Panamanian not to run.  "You cannot put an impediment, put obstacles, here.  There was a coup d'état in the year 68 against Dr. Arnulfo Arias, so what are we trying to do; look back and see what happened?" indicated the political leader.  The former president of the Republic Mireya Moscoso, at the same time reiterated her support for her Panameñista Party for the presidential candidacy, but admitted that she was in favor of José Raúl Mulino being able to participate in the May 5 elections.
