Two brothers were killed and another injured on Sunday night in a traffic accident at the of the entrance  to  San Juan in the Pacora district, in East Panama. They were in their way to visit relatives following the death of the wife of one of the victims four days earlier.

In La Chorrera a 45-year-old man was run over and killed on Sunday raising the highway death  toll in the area to 25 and the national toll of  victims to 181
