Elective surgeries, outpatient appointments, and hospital visits have been suspended nationwide by the Ministry of Health as a preventive measure against coronavirus. The move includes all public and private hospitals.

The Ministry reports on its Twitter account that it has increased coordination actions to confront COVID-19 by adding companies, private clinics, medical directors and health professionals.
