Flooding stalls Americas Bridge and city traffic

Torrential downpours flooded roads across Panama on Friday afternoon, including approaches to the Bridge of the Americas,  at Howard leaving cars stranded in both directions.  The Civil Protection body  (Sinaproc) maintains its prevention warning for constant rains in different sectors of the country throughout the weekend.
