15 bus passengers robbed in second highway assault

ANOTHER  highway bus robbery took place on Friday, August 31 when three supposed passengers boarded, a bus on the Panama Capira Route, near the Loma Brígida sector of Guadalupe de La Chorrera. The incident took place just a week after one person implicated in a similar assault in the same region was sentenced to 10 years behind bars.  One of the robbers  was armed  and  threatened the 15  passengers  and  the driver while the other two stripped them of money,  mobile phones, and personal possessions
