Panama typhoon warning labeled fake

Panama’s Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) has squashed fake news reports circulating on social media that Panama is about to be hit by a “typhoon”, It has however issued warnings of continuing heavy electrical storms which on Wednesday, August 28  caused flooding and brought down trees and power lines in the capital city.
