Supreme Court Judge Angela Russo will be the rapporteur for the criminal complaint filed against Democratic Revolutionary Party (PRD), Jairo "Bolota" Salazar, for alleged crimes against the Public Administration and against the Public Faith.

On Tuesday, November 12, the National Police (PN) filed a complaint against the deputy

for disrespecting several officers of the institution in f Colon.

The lawsuit was filed by lawyers Ronald Martín Hurley and Jorge Carrasco , legal representatives of Jorge Miranda, director of the National Police.

Judge Russo must submit a project on the admissibility of the complaint On Sunday, November 10, videos of Salazar challenging National Police units to fight.

Salazar threatened to break the head of the police units by inviting them to take off their uniforms. The reaction of the PRD deputy, came when he went to a police substation in Colon to demand that they release a young man who had been arrested in the early morning hours, for allegedly attacking them with bottles when they were called to a rowdy party.

Salazar  falsely claimed to be a lawyer.
