At least 7 people were injured in a collision initially between a bus and a truck on the Pan-America highway near Saltorosa de Aguadulce, Cocle,  on Monday, September 2.

Firefighters reported the involvement of a third vehicle. The injured were taken to hospital in Aguadulce.

There have been six major traffic accidents involving 60 seat passenger buses in Cocle in the last three years which have been attributed to speeding.
