Seven people, including three children, were injured in a collision between two sedans on Wednesday, September 23 on the Inter-American at the Costa Verde exit  in La Chorrera

It’s always disappointing to see children injured through no fault of their own, but how many were wearing seat belts? My observation when I was in Panama that nobody in the back seats wore them and often there were more passengers than seats.

When you allow low IQ people unfettered access to automobiles this is bound to happen. Rinse and repeat on a street near you!
