Floods and landslides surveillance until November 6

All provinces and regions will be under surveillance until Sunday, November 6 due to the high probability of floods and landslides says the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc). According to the direction of Hydrometeorology of Etesa, there is greater activation of low-pressure systems together with the oscillation of the intertropical convergence zone, conducive to the development of significant rains.
