The joint venture formed by the Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Femsa for its dairy products business in Panama, has sold of its entire stake in  Estrella Azul.

The new owners of Industrias Lácteas SA (Estrella Azul).are  Panama Dairy Ventures Ltd.

A statement from the Coca Cola Company said that Panama Dairy Ventures belongs to the multi-Latin group that operates in the Central American active in the food industry and mass consumption.

The amount of the transaction is not mentioned, it indicates that the new owner has arrived to bring experience and knowledge in the dairy sector to the country and to continue promoting the Estrella Azul brand, a Panama icon in the milk and ice cream industry.
