Panama group part of $125 million Investment in Costa Rica resort

A group of Central American business people are building the luxury resort Dreams Las Mareas in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Construction started months ago and operations are expected to start in November in time for the high tourism season.

The information was confirmed by "Carlos Hernandez, general manager of Santa Elena Preserve, a group made up of Carlos Pellas of Pellas Development Group, the Costa Ricans Francis Durman - president of Grupo Montecristo and Ernesto Castegnaro - president of the board of BAC Credomatic - the Motta Group and the strategic partner , AM Resorts U.S., who will be the hotel operator."
