Storing vaccines while people die

The communications of the Ministry of Health and the Social Security Fund with patients and citizens are inefficient and confusing with regard to the management that must be carried out regarding the new conditions generated by the growing mass of vaccinated people. It is clear that the conditions of the pandemic have varied, but there is nothing that indicates, in turn, a change in the Government's policies for the progressive return to the new normal, except for the erratic lifting of mobility restrictions. While other countries - which are in the same process - return to their daily activities, in Panama there are still advances and setbacks, as, for example, the case of the immunization of teachers, some of whom do not plan to return to face-to-face classes on orders of Minsa itself, despite altering the order of vaccination, disadvantaging patients with chronic diseases. Now, the country has hundreds of thousands of vaccines waiting to be applied, but the excessive control exercised by the authorities prevents accelerating the vaccination program. Why not involve the private sector, when there have been offers in that regard? What's the point of storing vaccines when people are dying? –  LA  PRENSA, May 30.
