Week-long weather alert for both coastlines

A week-long weather alert issued by the Civil Protection  System. (Sinaproc) forecasts heavy rains and high winds bringing waves up to seven feet on the Caribbean and Pacific coasts. The agency avoiding visits to rivers, trails and mountainous areas. Winds will be 10 to 15 knots. The forecast remains valid  until Wednesday, August 7
