Warehouse fire in Rio Abajo

The Panama Fire Department fought to control a fire that started in some warehouses and workshops in Río Abajo on Monday afternoon, April 17. The fire started at 1.17 on Seventh Street in a tire sales location and spread to the Comasa company and a flea market while firefighters worked to prevent it from spreading to other premises and homes in the area. They were hampered in the early stages by lack of water connections and had to bring in water tanks.
