Amid growing demands for the ousting of the director of the National Charity Lottery (LNB), the Transparency and Access to Information Authority (Antai) conducted simultaneous visual inspections at the headquarters and five agencies of the) LNB   as part of the investigations it is carrying out for alleged anomalies in that entity.

This inspection was carried out during the process of returning the chances and tickets of the draw on Wednesday, May 26.

Antai's legal team traveled to the LNB agency in Santiago de Veraguas, Chepo, San Miguelito, Tocumen, Los Pueblos, and the headquarters in Calidonia, to determine the way in which this return process is carried out. reported.

The proceedings were carried out after the two complaints filed for alleged administrative irregularities related to the payments of the Gordito del Zodiaco prizes.

As a result of the visits, a timetable is being worked out to continue the course of the investigation that includes other proceedings, Antai said in a statement.

The Public Ministry is also investigating the case of the Gordito.
