Shopping hours may double if covid infections  fall

Criticism of the decision on Tuesday, August  12  to announce the opening of some economic sectors, such as beauty salons while maintaining mobility restrictions, based on sex and ID number sparked a quick response from the  Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre.

He announced on  Wednesday that they are evaluating making those measures more flexible. This will depend on the cases that are presented in the next 15 days.

"If the numbers continue to drop, we are going to grant them, not two,  but possibly four hours, so that they can then be in the different places and our Panamanian ladies can make all the arrangements they need," he said.

Currently, in the provinces of Panama and West Panama, the mobility restriction is governed by gender and ID number, from Monday to Friday. Women go out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and men on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and only for two hours.

Once you give up your freedom to these tyrants you can never fully get it back without force. They are "considering" giving women 2 extra hours of freedom 3 times a week. Think about that. And these "men" still only get 4 hours a month. Worse than China. A country of what, 4.5 million, with maybe 1500 casualties because of some illness enhancer. The worst cancer in the world is big government.

You guys are being f'd with by your fearless leaders. No where in the world are people treated like caged animals worse than livestock. I am thankful I left Panama permanently before covid. Living there sucked before any restrictions. Now would be bloody hell.
