Seven armed taxi thieves arrested
THREE armed men who had stolen a taxi and were involved in a police chase that started in Panama east were arrested in Via Argentina on Thursday night. Meanwhile, another four armed men involved in a taxi-theft ring were arrested in Las Garzas , Pacora.
