Police seize 1,400 packs of drugs destined for Finland

The Public Ministry (MP) and the National Police of Panama seized Sunday a total of 1,400 packages of an unidentified drug destined for Helsinki, Finland. The packages were found inside a container in a port in the province of Panama Oeste. "Public Security agencies in 342 operations against drug trafficking have managed to seize more than 90 tons of drugs to date, in addition, 317 Panamanian citizens and 153 foreigners have been captured in these anti-drug operations," the MP highlighted on its social networks.
