WYD access passes for residents and merchants

Access passes for residents and businesses in areas close to the central events of the World Youth Day 2019 (WYD) will be available from Monday, January 7.says the Organizing Committee in a message posted on its  Twitter account. The delivery will be at the Citizen Attention Center, located on the  Cinta Costera 1, near the Yacht Club apartment tower on Avenida Balboa.
