PANAMA’S Garbage  Collection Authority (AAUD)  has opened a process to punish the Venezuelan woman who was filmed, throwing garbage bags into a ravine on  Calle Porras, in  San Francisco.

She has already been fined $75  by the Transit Authority and according to the AAUD, could face further sanctions under  Law 51 and Executive Decree 1445 with established penalties from $25 to $ 10,000.
