Strong winds and waves alert

A weather alert of strong winds of 25 to 50 kilometers per hour and gusts up to 80 kilometers an hour was issued by the Civil Protection Authority (Sinaproc) on Saturday, December 22. The winds adversities could bring down trees and remove roofs and generate high waves Rain and low temperatures are expected in highland areas and Bocas del Toro. The notice is valid from December 21 to 24.
