That's right, Dougo. She's back in Cuba... in a prison! Are you so naive as to think she would get away with challenging the fascist Cuba regime?

each of the already posted comments advocates an 'us against them' mentality, when the truth is that we are all in this boat, or on this planet, together. we all deserve the same rights to liberty, free expression, food, air, water, health, education, a means of supporting our families, and freedom from oppression. none of us are ever going to securely have these things, while others don't. what would you do if you were the one locked on the outside of the door to comfort and security, expected to live in deprivation, illness, hardship and discomfort? you'd make every effort to get in, and the rest of the people of the world are just like you. until we see and believe this truth, and choose actions to promote the benefit of us all, none of us are safe. this is not taking on the world's problems, it is taking on humanity's problems, to which we have all contributed, and from which there is no escape. if you've thrown garbage or even purchased products in non biodegradable packaging, live in a house made of unsustainably harvested material, had more than 1.3 children, eat more than your share of meat, cut down trees, sprayed herbicides, insecticides or fertilizers, drive a car, indulged in beliefs that any of us are superior or more deserving than any others, or failed to vote conscientiously, you are part of the problem. living in any particular country does not give us the right to condemn someone because they were born on the other side of a line on a map. the amount of hypocrisy in legislated policy us boundless. those who most loudly protest abortion, often do so because they regret having had one, and rarely have adopted the children others have no means of caring for. uncontrolled population growth is hurting all of us. unfortunately, too often people have extremely large families, hoping at least one of two of those children can survive to care for their parents in old age. check the statistics - social securities equal decline in population growth. we are no longer isolated pockets of mysterious 'other people'. we are a world wide community, where the happenings of any one section are instantly made known everywhere and what any one of us does, affects everyone everywhere. to think we can ignore that is a folly that doesn't just postpone the inevitable, but compounds it.

Has anyone looked at the fact that there are countries that are so internally corrupted and inefficiently run that it cant take care of all of it's people. As much as we would like them to be able to make all of their citizens content enough to stay home, it just doesn't work that way. The human spirit is gonna let you take only so much hunger, civil strife, oppression, lack of housing, and joblessness, before a person seeks a better deal to be able to live and feed their family in a safe environment. There are millions of these type people in hundreds of countries throughout the world, so don't act like your simple and bias evaluation is the way it should be. When a government's leaders lack compassion and understanding for their fellow man, you usually get what not only has happened to this Cuban woman in Panama, but currently in the US. It's an infectious attitude going around that we don't have an obligation to help a fellow human being, especially in the US where the only native born, non-immigrant people are the Americans Indians. It is a little disturbing that the Panamanian government could not accept this woman and her three kids, if for no other reason, than to throw shade at the current American immigration policy with all of its rhetoric and scare tactics. Instead, they fell right in line with it.

Panama | Dems Abortions Rights, open borders and the Hypocrisy Democrats want abortions and open borders. This means... Let's kill the innocent and let unlawful, illegal aliens into the U.S. Republicans who oppose this are racist and misogynists. Democrats want China to take U.S. jobs .--- $$$ lobbyists. Republicans take back the U.S. jobs. This means... China gets mad at the U.S.A. for taking away their livelihood. China wants war. Who started the war? Republicans says... "We need the jobs not just services." Democrats say..."We need Latinos, black, LGBTQ rights and abortions. The Democrats do not support the U.S. military and care less about jobs. China wants their livelihood. The Democrats and Latino's want welfare and U.S. resources gone. America is NOT GREAT and China...knows...knows...knows...knows.. China waits for the Democrats to take the... House! America is divided. China knows...knows...knows...knows...its called... Democratic / Middle East / China...diplomacy. Latinos vote in large numbers against Republicans. Democrats cater to the votes and the U.S. economic war is...lost. America is not Great and a servant in the services sector of Global Trade. Conclusion: The U.S. Democrats hypocrisy do not see the facts and the U.S. suffers from it own hypocrisy and self defeating policies. Every sensible nation knows it must keep account of the budget, welfare, laws, freedom and security of its nation for its sovereignty. Central America by the thousands are pouring at the border of the U.S. There is a reason for this...extreme gang violence. Latinos are bringing in their votes and the U.S. security is heading off the thousands with hidden Trojan Horse gangs. If the United States loses the war it is because America's democrats works with foreigners in their favor.

A sad story but countries, USA & Panama a like, cannot take on the worlds problems. People need to fight within their own country to make a better life for themselves. Uncontrollable population expansion/increases around the world is at the center of most global crises.
