Powerful rainstorm brings floods, landslide

A short but powerful downpour- symptomatic of changing rainfall patterns - caused a landslide, flooded 50  homes, toppled trees and caused rivers to overflow in Arraiján and Antón on Saturday afternoon, Aug.4. Staff of the Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) moved to the affected areas to help residents.
