A THREE day advisory about extreme levels of ultraviolet radiation in was issued by Panama health and weather experts on Thurday February 11.

Coastal areas and parts of Chiriquí will be extremely high, while most other areas will be very high on the scale..
The most dangerous hours are between 10 am and 4 pm.

Hydrometeorological Etesa said that radiation levels from 11-13 will be recorded in Chiriquí (upland and lowland)  Veraguas (central and southern) Herrera, Los Santos and maritime sectors in these regions.
