The sale of food and drinks on the Cinta Costera will not be allowed during World Youth Day (WYD)  in January says The Ministry of Health (Minsa).  The ban will also be extended to Metro Park.

Deputy Minister of Health, Eric Ulloa, said  Sunday that the  Public Health Department would be in charge of giving the permits for sell food at other points that will be announced when the date approaches.

"The area of the Coastal Belt is considered a sanctuary and food will be sold outside, and they will have to obtain permits with the Metropolitan Health Authority, "said Ulloa.
