A dump truck which demolished a power line in La Cabima, Mayor Diaz on Tuesday morning  left hundreds of homes without electricity  and cable  services And forced the closure of the Electoral Tribunal in Plaza Las Cumbres  and  the Panama North headquarters of the Municipality of Panama as computers went down

Agents of the Transit Authority( ATTT ) and the Directorate of Traffic Operations of the National Police had to close two lanes  of the Transistmica road to the city, causing a massive traffic jam.
