THREE APPEALS against rulings favoring high profile figures  in the previous administration made by Fifteenth Criminal Court Judge Leslie Loaiza are heading to a higher court

The appeals by the  Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office, are against the nullity decreed in the case of helicopter rental in the National Assistance Program, the bond granted to former Minister Federico Suárez and the change of precautionary measure to Mario Martinelli  (brother of former president Ricardo Martinelli). and a nullity appeal granted to the former Minister of Social Development Guillermo Ferrufino.

The three appeals will be sent to the Second Superior Court,
