Agents of the Aeronaval Service (Senan), the of Civil Protection (Sinaproc), the Fire Department and the National Police spent Sunday, October 21 searching for a man who got off a bus to urinate on Cinta Costera 3  at 1 am.

The search began at dawn using light-wing airplanes, boats, and vehicles to scour the Bay of Panama.

According to the Panama Fire Department, the man was traveling in a Chiva parrandera (a bus that tours the city at night playing loud music and serving unlimited drinks). The partier asked the driver to stop so he could urinate and he disappeared over the wall edging the coastal strip.
