$550,000 vote buying plan for ethics chair

Panama Lawmaker Sergio  Chello Gálvez, who used taxpayer money to distribute hams to constituents during the last election has a more sophisticated vote buying plan for 2019. Gálvez, the 8-7 circuit deputy who is the National Assembly’s Credentials and Ethics committee president and boasts of being a sexual buffalo is using. The Community Board of El Chorrillo, to call for a public tender for 5,500  "electronic cards with barcode", with a value of $100 each, at a total cost of $550,000 reports La Prensa.  Welcome to the no re-election campaign.
