Body of Malibu Beach stroller recovered

The body of a 23 -year-old caught by a wave while walking with relatives near the waters edge on Malibu Beach in Panama West on Sunday. was recovered by the National System of Civil Protection (Sinaproc)  on Monday, September 10 after an overnight search. Attempts by relatives to save the non-swimmer from the surf failed A 72-hour intense rain and waves alert had been issued by Sinaproc.
