Panama Supreme Court J(CSJ) magistrate Harry Diaz, the former prosecutor of the Ricardo Martinelli wiretapping case said on Friday. November  15 that the Pegasus interception system, purchased by the Marinelli administration and a central feature in the case against the former president is still active.

The software, which is currently missing and was last seen at the headquarters of the Martinelli owned  Super 99 chain" Varelaleaks ". Diaz related it to the current Varelaleaks scandal and did not rule out that it was being used in 2017 when the leaked communications to former president Varela took place.
