The woman who was killed on  Friday, May 5  when her car fell from the second floor of the   PH Bay View building, located on Avenida 3 de Noviembre has been identified as Moyra Chandler a 40-year old- lawyer in the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI).  She was the mother of two young children.

In a regrettable comment by a reader who regularly denigrates Panamanian citizens, she had been lumped in with “low IQ drivers”  

According to unofficial sources, she was going to run an errand on a day on which only women can leave home. The cause of the accident is unknown.
