An investigation is underway against a health official, who has allegedly been spreading false information about the pandemic,  confirmed the Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre, in the province of Chiriquí.

"I think we have shown that we listen to everyone, that we respect opinions a lot, even when they are

different from ours, but one thing is to have a different opinion and another thing is to spread misinformation"

He added that they would not allow "terror" to be introduced with these assertions and the respective

investigations will be carried out.
