Heavy rain  and storms linked to Venezuelan cyclone

The Department of Hydrometeorology of the Electric Transmission Company (Etesa), is monitoring the tropical wave number 11, which has generated favorable conditions for rain and strong winds, on Thursday and Friday in addition to the tropical cyclone that is currently in the western sector of  Venezuela. Emanuel Velásquez, a meteorologist, said that heavy downpours and storms are taking place in mountainous sectors of the eastern and northern sectors of the capital. In addition, other storms will be recorded in the interior of the country.
