A former prosecutor still wearing a Public Ministry shirt and carrying expired credentials was arrested after being tailed by district police in  Changuinola, Bocas del Toro, on Monday night April 20  He was found to be transporting  128 kilos of cocaine and cash totaling over a million dollars.

He is scheduled to appear before a judge of guarantees.
