Cinta Costera Sunday bike day threatened

THE SUNDAY closing of Cinta Costera to motorized traffic, to give cyclists free rein for six hours is facing modification. The 6 am to noon. Bike- was introduced by outgoing mayor Jose, Isobel Blandon, but the new mayor. Luis Fabrega.  is planning modifications, bowing to protesting stallholders in the Fish Market and other businesses who for months have been complaining of decreased sales with all three sections of the coastal trip closed and lanes reduced on approach roads.
