Antonio Batista,21, who died after a street brawl, on Via Argentina in Bella Vista suffered head trauma,  confirmed prosecutor Rafael Baloyes on Thursday, March 9.

Baloyes ' words came in the middle of the press conference for Operation Hitman, carried out this Thursday in various parts of the capital which led to nine homicide arrests.

The prosecutor said that a team from the Public Ministry is analyzing videos from social networks and, conducting interviews and inquiries to determine the degree of responsibility of each of those linked.

Baloyes indicated that the interviews conducted determined how the event happened.

In addition, he said that they are certain of where and how the event occurred, where he died from head trauma.

“ Forensic medicine has irrefutably established that the person who loses his life was struck on the head and the blows caused his death,” the prosecutor stressed.

He added that the Public Prosecutor's Office, having already proven the cause of death, has incorporated into the investigation a multiplicity of testimonies that provide elements and participation of each one.

They have already been identified and the responsibility of each one and their participation are being analyzed.

At the conclusion of the investigation, those responsible will be brought before the courts.
