American “flasher” dies while facing arrest

A 75-year-old American, citizen who  allegedly displayed his private parts to a child under seven in a mall in David, Chiriqui on Friday, November 15 died when he was about to be arrested after being denounced by the child’s father.  When the agent requested identity documents, the man collapsed. He was taken to hospital where he died.
