A list of  196 candidates for reduction of a prison sentence. was released by The Ministry of Government (Mingob)  on Monday, April 1.

 The list will be published for three consecutive days. The victims of the crimes perpetrated by these persons will have 48 hours to exercise their right of opposition from the last day of publication before the Directorate General of the Penitentiary System or the Office of Equalization of Opportunities of the Ministry of Government. The respective emails are sistemapenitenciario@mingob.pa and derechoshumanos@mingob.pa.
