Legal advisers from the Ministry of Security (Minseg) filed a bunch of lawsuits before the Third Chamber of the Contentious - Administrative Court of the Supreme Court for alleged irregular promotions and reimbursements within different security levels.

The advisors Ana Luisa Castro and José Luis Romero , presented  15 appeals against promotions that were given within the National Border Service (Senafront) , the National Aeronaval Service (Senan) and the National Police (PN) during the administration of former president Juan Carlos Varela.
