A video circulated on the internet, showing a senior member of the prestigious  Union Club and a woman having sex, has prompted the board of the club to speak out.

In a brief letter published on Saturday, May 6, the Board of Directors, reported that it had adopted "the corresponding measures" in compliance with the provisions of its Internal Regulations, after the virtualization of a video in which a couple is seen committing sexual acts on one of its terraces.

"We forcefully reject this behavior that violates family values ​​and the ethics that have governed our Union Club and its members for more than 100 years," they emphasized.

According to the document, the embarrassing events that took place on Friday, May 5, were corroborated through the site's security cameras.

In the note, the board did not clarify whether the member involved in the incident was reprimanded or expelled permanently.
