New medical graduates urged to join virus battle
The Ministry of Health (MINSA) has called on newly graduated medical professionals to accept jobs and join the fight against the Coronavirus COVID-19
"The Ministry of Health calls on all these new young medical professionals to accept the positions that the State is offering to be part of this great work team. The Homeland needs them," said Vice Minister Luis Francisco Sucre.
Sucre highlighted that "the different medical directors have been instructed to make a situational diagnosis of doctors over 60 years of age with high-risk morbidities, so that they can offer medical care through the virtual consulting room, from their houses or possibly some facility that is suitable so that they do not run the risk of being in direct contact with patients who could be Covid-19 positive. "
