The sectors of San Antonio, Cerro Viento and Brisas del Golf in the Rufina  Alfaro Township have been registering an increase in COVID-19 cases, as a result of parties that take place at homes, says the Ministry of Health. The cases are being detected among young people, whose ages range from 20 to 39 years. "It is important to respect the family bubble, said the regional director of Health of San Miguelito, Yaritzel Ríos.

The Region has   667 active cases and  a  re-transmission rate (Rt) of 1.23.
