We have a new writer in town who wanted me to pass along this message.  We will call her Sam which is a very good 'pen' name for a writer.  Here is her quick news flash. 

"A quick Heads up for all of you in Panama. A Word to the wise: Drink BOTTLED water ONLY - until more rain comes and the community water resources replenish. Currently there are many reports (me personally) of rampant serious stomach/intestinal problems, which we believe is from community tap water. (We have our own well, but in restaurants you get tap water!)  Stay well !  Sam"
