Cowboy style drivers have taken advantage of reduced traffic on Panama streets during quarantine to flout normal driving rules with illegal turns,  ignoring stop signs, jumping lights, and speeding. Security chief Juan Pino reported on Wednesday, April 22.  that 488 were ticketed, along with 651 people who broke quarantine rules.
