The site includes detailed information on the competition criteria, guidelines and conditions.  The initiative invites bars and bartenders to create sustainable cocktails with Flor de Caña Rum and using sustainable ingredients and techniques. In addition to being available on the menu so that consumers can enjoy them, these original cocktail creations participate in a competition that will award the best sustainable cocktail in the country. The winning bars and bartenders from each country will then qualify to participate in the Sustainable Cocktail Challenge Global Finals taking place in exotic Nicaragua in 2025.
