$1.4 million charity lottery changes draw date

Panama’s $1.4 million charity lottery ( Gordito del Zodiac)  has brought the date of the draw forward.   A statement from the Lottery board on Thursday, October 17,  said that the raffle scheduled for November 1, has to  Friday, October 25 so that the sale of tickets is not affected by the national days.
