President Juan Carlos Varela announced on Sunday, Mar 31 that   during his visit to China, he will inaugurate Panama  consulates of Panama in Guangzhou and Hong Kong and will also participate in events that seek to promote tourism and investment

After China, the president will move to Japan and in Tokyo, will meet Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and, accompanied by in the company of the first lady Lorena Castillo de, will meet have a meeting with Emperor Akihito and Empress Míchiko.
